Privacy policy

This describes what happens to the details you send us through the inquiry form. It describes how the site actually works, not generic phrases.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Eva Jehlíková, Březová 244, 253 03 Chýně. Write to efkadacz@gmail.com or call 606 225 414. No other company runs the hotel or this website. Business ID (IČO) of the controller: 73406155.
What we store about you
Only what you fill in yourself:
- your name
- phone number
- email address
- the dates of the stay and the number of dogs
- the message you write to us (your dog's routine, for example)
- the language you sent the inquiry in, and the time you gave consent
We do not store your IP address with your enquiry nor do we track you across other websites. We measure website traffic separately and anonymously, see below.
Why we need it
So we can reply, check whether the dates are free, and arrange the stay. Without a name and a contact we cannot reach you. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and the pre-contractual steps that follow from it.
How long we keep it
An inquiry that did not turn into a stay is deleted after 6 months. Details of a stay that took place are kept for 3 years after it ends. The server does the deleting on its own, by date - it does not depend on anyone remembering.
Who we share it with
Nobody. Your details remain on our own server in the Czech Republic. The website does not work with any advertising service, does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics, and sends your details nowhere. We measure traffic ourselves on the same server.
Where it is stored
On our own server here, not in someone else's cloud service. Only the hotel owner can reach the administration, through a password.
Cookies
The website does not store any tracking cookies in your browser, so it does not need a consent banner. Neither does the traffic measurement described below use them. The website stores only one thing in your browser: whether you want it in light or dark mode. You can delete that at any time along with the site's data.
Traffic measurement
To know whether people find our website and what interests them, we count visits using a program running on the same server as the website. It is not Google Analytics or any other third-party service, and no data leaves the server. Only the following is stored:
- which page was opened and when
- where you came from, meaning a search engine or a link on another website
- browser, operating system and device type
- screen resolution and browser language
- country, region and city derived from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored
- none of this is linked to your name or to an enquiry you sent
The measurement does not store anything in your browser, no cookies or other traces, so the website needs no consent for it. If you have Do Not Track enabled in your browser, your visit is not recorded at all.
Your rights
Regarding your data, you have the right to:
- know what we hold about you and receive a copy
- have anything incorrect corrected
- have it deleted
- restrict the processing or object to it
- withdraw consent - we then delete the inquiry and stop working with it
